Roll a dice game

What you will need
- A dice
- Large paper or card
- Crayons
How to play
Decide on 6 different movements and link them to a number on the dice e.g. if the dice lands on a 6 then you have to do 10 star jumps, and create a chart like in the picture. The children take it in turns to roll the dice until the dice has landed on all the numbers, mark each number off!
Roll a ball

What you will need
- Different coloured paper or card
- Sticky tape
- plastic balls
How to play
Using the card and sticky tape make tunnel like shapes and stick to the floor, space them out well and then children can have a ball and try to roll it through a tunnel. Great for hand/eye co-ordination and a physical activity that can be played indoors!
Co-ordination tubes

What you will need
- clean kitchen roll inner tubes
- Strong tape
- soft mini creative balls, can get cheaply from any shop
- plastic containers or bowls
How to set up
Find a clear wall space and fix the tubes securely to the wall or against some strong card that can be put up against a wall. Pour some of the balls into a container and show the child how to drop them through the top of the tubes. Great for hand and eye co-ordination plus it is very low cost too, compared to manufactured early years equipment!
